The Inner Presence Method

A practical, relational approach to leadership that starts inside.

I work with men who want to lead with calm authority and emotional stability, so their influence, decisions, and relationships feel deeply aligned. Results come from awareness, not pressure.

The Inner Presence Method

What it isn’t

  • It's not therapy

  • It's not a motivational hype

  • It's not a one-size-fits-all framework

  • It's not about fixing anyone

  • And it’s not a shortcut.

Who this work is for

  • Men in leadership who know achievement isn’t the only point anymore.

  • Founders, owners, CEOs, and senior leaders to department leaders who want steadier execution and a healthier culture.

  • Teams in service, especially distribution, retail, or manufacturing, that rely on trust, accountability, and honest conversations.

  • Men who want a richer internal life and a more authentic presence.

  • Leaders who are ready to look inside, take responsibility, and let presence lead instead of strictly performance.

If you value presence over pretending or being distracted, I’m here.

Ways to work with Edward

There are three ways we can work together. We choose the container based on where the deepest impact will happen.

  • A safe, honest space where men practice speaking truthfully, listening with openness, and building trust with one another.

  • I join you in your real environment, on the floor, on the road, in the business. We model presence in the places where it actually matters.

  • Bi-weekly private sessions where we work with the real moments in your life and leadership. You build emotional steadiness and inner clarity you can actually feel.

If something in you knows it’s time for this next level of leadership, trust that signal.

The Process

We choose the starting point together: one-to-one, small group, or side-by-side in the field.

We focus on what’s real, in real time—no theory or performance involved. You bring genuine decisions, honest conversations, and authentic dynamics. We address them as they unfold, allowing the learning to happen instantly. Essentially, our goal is to integrate life experiences with our ideal way of being intentionally. When this becomes natural, and you experience ease with each step along the way without disturbance, your perspective shifts.

Between our conversations, you practice presence in meetings, emails, and customer interactions. This is where actual change occurs. Small daily shifts in awareness lead to clearer decisions, more stable relationships, and a leadership style that feels authentic, grounded, and trustworthy.

We measure change by how your life and work feel and function.

  • Less reactivity.

  • Clearer conversations.

  • Cleaner decisions.

  • More alignment.

  • No scripts.

  • No acting.

  • No pressure.

Just presence, applied where it matters.

Practicalities

  • Each program is tailored to your intentions, and since the relationship is a priority, I do not publicly share numbers. Before we reach any agreement, we’ll have a conversation to clarify what working together will look like and to ensure the partnership is a good fit. This discussion will cover not only the financial commitment but also your goals, time investment, and overall readiness.

We’ll explore the difference between expectations and agreements, and how both influence our work together.

Commitment is key. Our time here is valuable, and meaningful growth requires presence, accountability, and a willingness to give your best.

From experience, consistent engagement over time has the greatest impact. Three months allow you to start seeing some change; six months is when the work typically begins to integrate.

In-person sessions are usually one hour.

    We meet every other week.

We’ll choose the day and time together.

Payment is due before we start.

There are no refunds once our work begins.

  • During our agreement conversation, we will also determine the location of our meetings. Whenever possible, I prefer to meet in person—either at your workplace in a setting that supports the work, in my office (always an option), or even in nature. It comes down to which best fits the needs.

Zoom sessions are available, and we can also create a hybrid arrangement if that best supports the schedule and goals.

For circle or group meetings, the location will be mutually agreed upon by everyone involved.

If extensive travel is involved, travel expenses will be considered.
